Tue, January 15, 2008 - 11:21 AMhi jerushash...i just joined this tribe and although this post is a bit old, i hope it is still relevant...i am not sure if you are aware of this, but belly dancing was originally a birth dance and ritual...in the ancient days women would gather in a circle around a woman birthing and dance around with her dancing out baby in the center, so i suppose that if one was to incorporate dance in a birthing class, belly dancing would be a great place to start!
